Warum benötigt LTC nochmal eine Kopie meines Rechnungsausdrucks, wenn ich doch die Rechnungsstellung mit dem Tool abgeschlossen habe?

Unser Online Tool sendet nur die Daten, der von dir eingegebenen Trainingstermine an LTC sobald du im letzten Schritt den gelben Button gedrückt hast. Es ist hier absichtlich kein Automatismus zum Versand einer Rechnungskopie hinterlegt.

Warum?
Wir können nur so sicherstellen, dass sowohl du als auch wir genau die gleiche Rechnung vorliegen haben. Selbst kleinere Unterschiede könnten von den Behörden bei einer Prüfung angemerkt werden.

Tipp:
Wenn du Google Chrome als Browser nutzt, hast du beim Druckvorgang ebenfalls die Option deine Rechnung als PDF zu „drucken“ und kannst sie direkt mit deinen Anwesenheitslisten hochladen.

Why does LTC need a copy of my invoice printout when I completed the invoicing process with the tool already?

Our online tool only sends data of the encoded training appointments to LTC as soon as you press the yellow button in the last step. There is purposely no automatic delivery of the invoice copy by the system.

Why?
Only with this process, we can assure that both you and LTC have the same invoice at hand. Even small differences could be noted by the authorities in case of an audit.

Tipp:
If you are using Google Chrome as a browser, you have the option to “print” your invoice as a PDF when you are in the printing process and you can upload them directly with the attendance sheets.
